Rationale for the Health Waqf
As a result, there are many health challenges and opportunities to provide and assist with basic health care education and services to ensure a healthier life and standard of living for all.
There exists a need for support within the health care sector of South Africa to ensure access to basic health care especially for those who have been previously disadvantaged. Health care is a basic right of citizens in any country. Awqaf SA supports the delivery of this right to those who have been denied it and for those who cannot afford it.
In South Africa, about 200 000 people are in need of Cataract Removal Surgeries
