About the Artist
Faatima Kriel is a Physiotherapist, Madrasah Teacher and Aspiring Illustrator. She has been drawing and painting on a semi-regular basis all her life. She was introduced to Acrylic pouring by her niece Mushfiqah Kriel in 2019 and fell in love with the technique. The trust and intuition associated with this art form opened her up to the realisation that you are not in full control of how things turn out and that it is ok.
I hope the owner of this piece enjoys it and allows it to take them to a place of tranquility and contemplation.
